The signing ceremony at the French Embassy in Hanoi, which came to support the operation, marks an important step towards improvementAccess to healthcare And Promoting innovation in health andVietnamese health insurance. Also present at this signing were the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Vietnamese social security officials, and the local ministries of health and foreign affairs. Well-known French healthcare companies were also represented at this signing, such as: Sanofi And Serve, as well as LEEMthree member organizations of the French Health Association.

Pooling knowledge and sharing experiences to improve health management in Vietnam
The main objectives identified by these partners are part of a common mission: to create a platform for pExchange of experiences, knowledge transfer and capacity building.
This project will take the form in particular Training, conferences and expert meetingsaround four priority topics:
- Exchange of information and exchange of experiences Increasing the resources allocated to health insurance and testing additional foreign insurance packages, particularly French ones
- Improvement ofHealth Technology Assessment (medications, medical devices, medical devices and health services covered by health insurance) as well aseconomic Review in healthcare (budgetary impact, cost-benefit ratio)
- The strengthening of the Communication and prevention to the public and health professionals appropriate, safe and effective use of care: Adherence to treatments, optimizing treatment effectiveness, minimizing waste generated, protecting patient rights, etc.
- Finally, Sharing perspectives and best practices French or European in terms of health insurance.
French and Vietnamese experts and industrialists met at a conference entitled “Towards improving chronic disease management in Vietnam“: a first time for knowledge exchange, organized in Hanoi as part of this partnership.
